Soryk targets 99.9% monthly uptime on the admin app, PWA, and buyer portal. Status is reported at platform status (Anthropic / Claude API) and our infrastructure provider (Vercel + Upstash) status pages.
Maintenance windows are announced in the admin home at least 48h in advance. Token-exchange and webhook endpoints are redundant across regions; PWA is served from the edge.
All plans include email support. Enterprise includes priority support with a 24-hour response SLA on business days and a dedicated Slack/WhatsApp channel.
All your B2B data — companies, locations, commissions rules, payments, quotes, visit reports, audit log — lives as Shopify metaobjects in your store. Soryk stores only session tokens and OTP codes in Upstash Redis (EU/US), which expire automatically. Uninstalling Soryk leaves your data intact in Shopify.
