Agents can create new B2B companies from their PWA. Choose whether those requests need admin approval before becoming real Shopify companies.
By default agents earn commissions only on orders created through their PWA (draft order) — and their order history + analytics in the PWA show only those orders. Enable here to also include orders placed directly online by the B2B customer (storefront): when ON, those orders generate commissions for the agent assigned to the company AND become visible in the agent's order list + analytics dashboards.
Let your B2B customers sign in and place orders themselves via a white-label PWA. Any email that is a Shopify Company Contact on a B2B company gets access — no separate invite. Remove a contact in Shopify to revoke access. Share the link /buyer/<your-shop> with your customers.
When a manager (area lead) places an order for a company owned by one of their subordinate agents, who earns the direct commission? The manager always keeps their override on subordinate sales, this only affects the direct commission on that single order. The manager cannot change this from the PWA.
Override how each payment-term option appears in the agent cart. Leave empty to use the Shopify template name (e.g. "Net 30"). The underlying Shopify PaymentTermsTemplate IDs are unchanged — this only renames what the agent sees.
When enabled, each agent sees — in addition to their explicitly assigned companies — all companies with a location matching their configured territory (country / region / ZIP prefix). Configure territories on each agent's edit page.
Fine-grained capabilities that escalate what agents can do without involving a manager. Managers always have these permissions regardless of the toggles below.
Configure up to 3 filters agents can use under the catalog search bar. Pick a Shopify field or build a custom filter.
